There are a couple of coupon modules that I found and tried for Ubercart 2.x. However, I found that they are either too fancy, or hard to understand. Normally, a coupon (as advised by Ubercart) are relying on line items, here I take a different approach.
In this module I treat a coupon as a product node with a negative price. This gives several good things:
Since a coupon is a node (because products are nodes), you can have a themable page for a coupon, so you can print it out
Stock can be used to check if the coupon is (un)available
The coupon is attached directly to the order, so you don't need to mess around with the line items - the sum that goes to Paypal is already discounted (somehow with the line items the order lifecycle was quite obscure to me)
The other coupon modules that I've tried and didn't adopt are:

I'm looking forward to Drupal 7 and Drupal Commerce module, so if anyone is interested to take over the development of this module, you're more than welcome!

Views Flag Refresh allows site administrators to configure which views are refreshed automatically via AJAX when certain flags are selected. This is useful when you have a view that filters by flagged content, and you want it to be refreshed automatically when content is flagged or unflagged. An example use case is having a view of bookmarked content displayed as a block. If a user is viewing a node that is bookmarked and decides to unbookmark it, the view rendering the block can be configured to automatically refresh whenever this action is taken.
In addition, the Views Flag Refresh module provides an API for developers to create widgets that are displayed when a view is in the process of being refreshed. This is useful for adding textual messages or throbber images that alert your users that action is being taken. Once a widget is defined, site administrators can configure which widget is applied the the view via the GUI.

Betting system is set of modules, that can transform your Drupal site into betting shop. It's mainly designed for course betting.
For better extensability is created with more modules. It also defines own hooks.
The core of Betting system allows define basic parts for betting. Brings two new content types. Abonents and Games. Without abonents isn't possible to create games. Abonents are players (teams) that attending a game (for example Manchester United in English Premier League, or Roger Federer in tenis). On this game users can bet (only if they have points). Each Abonent and Game have to be in sport (defined by Taxonomy module).
Administrators can set many options (like eventualities) in Settings of Betting System.
Betting system also contains other smaller modules for functionality extension.
Betting system relation allows to creating relation between games (like halfs in soccer game).
Betting system flexible eventualities allows to create special kind of games, that not have attending of Abonets and administrator can type own eventuality of result.
Betting system statistics allows to view simple charts of Abonents (This requires Chart module).

Views Flag Refresh allows site administrators to configure which views are refreshed automatically via AJAX when certain flags are selected. This is useful when you have a view that filters by flagged content, and you want it to be refreshed automatically when content is flagged or unflagged. An example use case is having a view of bookmarked content displayed as a block. If a user is viewing a node that is bookmarked and decides to unbookmark it, the view rendering the block can be configured to automatically refresh whenever this action is taken.
In addition, the Views Flag Refresh module provides an API for developers to create widgets that are displayed when a view is in the process of being refreshed. This is useful for adding textual messages or throbber images that alert your users that action is being taken. Once a widget is defined, site administrators can configure which widget is applied the the view via the GUI.

Betting system is set of modules, that can transform your Drupal site into betting shop. It's mainly designed for course betting.
For better extensability is created with more modules. It also defines own hooks.
The core of Betting system allows define basic parts for betting. Brings two new content types. Abonents and Games. Without abonents isn't possible to create games. Abonents are players (teams) that attending a game (for example Manchester United in English Premier League, or Roger Federer in tenis). On this game users can bet (only if they have points). Each Abonent and Game have to be in sport (defined by Taxonomy module).
Administrators can set many options (like eventualities) in Settings of Betting System.
Betting system also contains other smaller modules for functionality extension.
Betting system relation allows to creating relation between games (like halfs in soccer game).
Betting system flexible eventualities allows to create special kind of games, that not have attending of Abonets and administrator can type own eventuality of result.
Betting system statistics allows to view simple charts of Abonents (This requires Chart module).

При посещении сайта с данной темой оформления (http://vilka.biz.ua) обратите внимание, что мы изменили цвет ссылок с красного на оранжевый. Так как ссылки красного цвета слишком рябят в глазах.
- + тема имеет много регионов для блоков. Целых 21.
- + в низу страниц темы имеется копирайт.
- +- тема уже имеет ссылки Contact Us, Terms of Use, Trademarks, Privacy Statement (в низу страницы). Однако по умолчанию они никуда не ведут.
- - в теме часто используется красный цвет ссылок. Однако выбранный красный сильно рябит на темном фоне темы, и читать ссылки очень тяжело. Да и глаза из-за этого устают.
- - текст не всегда хорошо читается на фоне.

При посещении сайта с примером данной темы оформления (http://pencil.in.ua), обратите внимание, что мы:
- уменьшили качество фоновых картинок темы оформления (для уменьшения размера страницы), на самом деле они более качественные;
- добавили строку с "хлебными крошками", по умолчанию она не отображается;
- сняли ограничение на ширину левой и правой колонок сайта (по умолчанию ширина левой колонки сайта ограничена 200 пикселами).
Особенности темы оформления
- + очень красивая тема.
- - слишком большой размер картинок, используемых в качестве фона сайта. Причем, этот размер можно было бы сократить в 2 раза, если бы вместо формата PNG24 использовался формат PNG с приемлемым сжатием. На дизайн сайта это повлияло бы мало, так как тени, добавленные с помощью формата PNG24, малозаметны.
- - у темы проблемы с размерами шрифтов: размер шрифта заголовка в Internet Explorer слишком большой, из-за чего заголовки в блоках обрезаются снизу.
- - тема имеет всего два региона для блоков: Rightside и Leftside.
- - при использовании двух регионов для блоков, между ними появляется неприятная пустая область. Было бы логично в этой области поместить третий регион для блоков. Но этого почему то не сделали.
- - нельзя использовать длинный заголовок для сайта — он переносится на новую строку, и выбивается из дизайна сайта.
- - изображение внизу (в футере) должно быть прозрачным, однако ни в одном из основных браузеров оно не прозрачно.
